- Operates and maintains stationary engines and mechanical equipment such as central plant refrigeration steam boilers air condition systems equipment and allied facilities.
- Shift: Ideal candidate must be available to work variedshifts including weekend work.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
High school diploma or trade school equivalent
Licensure/Certification/Registration: First Class Engineers license
Candidate must have completed an accredited trade school course of study or a trade apprenticeship program in electrical wiring and the applications of electricity and electrical equipment
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years experience in preventive maintenance preferred; experience in a hospital a plus.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Requires good communication skills.
- Must have a good working knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of English required.
- Requires math reading adaptability logic driving and typing/word processing.
- Requires ability to operate specialized equipment: i.e. boiler chiller handtools.
Salary Range: Minimum 32.63/hour - Maximum 53.82/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
