P.E. P.E Labellers is seeking a talented Customer Service Sales Manager to ensure the companys customer service objectives/goals are achieved and to provide U.S and Canadian customers with prompt high-quality product support. The position reports to the LCM Director of P.E. Labellers USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales campaigns for P.E USA Customer Service products and services. Products Included: Change Parts Rebuild/Audit Parts New Machine Spares and Service Contracts.
  • Clearly define and communicate customer requirements and specifications to insure timely and effective solutions cost build-ups and proposals are developed.
  • Generate accurate sales forecast to give the organization a clear understanding of future business.
  • Contact qualify and close new Customer Service opportunities and rigorously prospect for new business while following up on leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials to promote contract offerings.
  • Manage commercial aspects of the order including order acknowledgement resolution of open issues invoicing collection of payments and customer changes.
  • Utilize experience education technical and product knowledge to develop and close profitable business in line with corporate goals
  • Acts as the technical expert to the customer for P.E USA Customer Service products
  • Prospects and penetrates assigned accounts independently
  • Serves as the key member of the project team to ensure customer expectations are met

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated sales effectiveness with track record of consistent goal achievement and sales revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Able to interact will all levels of employees management and external customers.
  • Ability to travel domestically (75%).
  • Technical knowledge of packaging equipment or related industry.
  • Understanding of commercial terms and ability to negotiate and resolve commercial issues with customers.
  • Ability to present and communicate Customer Service products services and offerings with technical confidence.
  • Ability to develop creditability with customers reviewing equipment and advising customers in their environment
