Job Summary
The Key Success Areas for this role include: The improvement of the IT team through work efficiency and collaboration Bolstering of IT support services and transparent communication Measured growth of the employee in their personal and professional abilities.
This role works from our Pullman WA office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain computer systems and networks
- Document and track support requests and resolutions
- Provide training to end-users as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
