This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is: Hybrid Schenectady NY

Your role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for deploying appropriately trained and qualified Field service Engineers & Technicians to meet the demands and schedules of customers.

• Responsible for maintaining 100% accurate resource schedules using scheduling/dispatching platform.

• Support field engineers as required through procurement of necessary materials and external labor. Ensure timely goods receipts for these items. Upon job completion reconcile costs for time & material jobs and selected firm price jobs and invoicing those jobs to customers.

• Responsible for maintaining monthly/quarterly resource forecasts for scheduled planned and proposed work.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor degree in business or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience matching the technical skill sets of Field Service Team members to the needs of customers fulfillment planning and capacity optimization

• Experience supporting field service jobs using external labor procurement materials procurement and invoicing of jobs as necessary preferred

• Microsoft Office Excel SAP and Lightning

• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicants qualifications and experience this position is expected to pay between $65100 and $104160 annually. #LI-hybrid
