This Position reports to:
Area Field Services ManagerThe work model for the role is: Hybrid Schenectady NY
Your role and responsibilities:
Responsible for deploying appropriately trained and qualified Field service Engineers & Technicians to meet the demands and schedules of customers.
Responsible for maintaining 100% accurate resource schedules using scheduling/dispatching platform.
Support field engineers as required through procurement of necessary materials and external labor. Ensure timely goods receipts for these items. Upon job completion reconcile costs for time & material jobs and selected firm price jobs and invoicing those jobs to customers.
Responsible for maintaining monthly/quarterly resource forecasts for scheduled planned and proposed work.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor degree in business or related field
Minimum 2 years experience matching the technical skill sets of Field Service Team members to the needs of customers fulfillment planning and capacity optimization
Experience supporting field service jobs using external labor procurement materials procurement and invoicing of jobs as necessary preferred
Microsoft Office Excel SAP and Lightning
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
