What youll do
Raise the bar through ownership: Take full ownership of key product design projects that shape core workflows setting the benchmark for usability clarity and impact.
Lead and mentor: Manage coach and inspire product designershelping them grow in craft confidence and career.
Build an AI-first design team: Champion the use of emerging AI tools (e.g. Cursor v0) for rapid prototyping iteration and experimentationmaking SpotDrafts design practice smarter faster and more future-ready.
Shape the end-to-end product experience: Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to deliver intuitive cohesive and scalable product experiences across our Legal OS Suite.
Evolve design systems: Scale SpotDrafts design system to support rapid product growth ensuring consistency accessibility and efficiency across features.
Influence strategy: Bring design insights into company-level conversations influencing product roadmaps and how we deliver value to customers.
What were looking for
610 years of experience in Product/UX Design with at least 2 years managing or mentoring designers.
A portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of high-impact product design projects.
Proven ability to raise the barelevating not only design outputs but also team processes and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong communicator who can balance the needs of customers business and technology.
Experience building and scaling design systems for SaaS products.
Interest or experience in experimenting with AI design tools to improve workflows and speed.
Comfortable being hands-on with design tools while also setting long-term vision.
