Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities (GS) is seeking an exceptional experienced Associate to join its Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) located in London.
Our London based Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) is a key part of GS Global FSG practice and leads the origination and execution of transactions for private equity clients in the UK and Europe.
Associates will join a highly collaborative team focused on providing market-leading M&A advisory services to Large and Mid-cap Sponsors in Europe. GS offers a unique opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic assignments. Associates have full involvement in all aspects of the origination and execution of M&A mandates as well as direct exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.

We will provide best-in-class Investment Banking trainingformal and hands-onas you continue to develop your professional toolkit: M&A process management business acumen financial analysis data analysis soft-selling and presentation skills professional communication (verbal written and virtual) negotiations and more.
