About the opportunity:

The RCMP LAN Administrator is responsible for providing Information Technology support to the municipal RCMP detachment. Primary duties will include client-side support cases as well as some server support cloud services interactions and new technology on-boarding. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of technology at the detachment and will be looked upon to deliver service in a timely and efficient manner.

About your background:

You have graduated from high school and completed a one-year certificate program in Information Technology. Additional industry certifications are valuable assets. Furthermore you have at least one year of relevant experience in an IT support environment. This position requires strong problem-solving skills in a highly structured and often high-pressure environment. As a condition of employment the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a clear RCMP Secret Status.
