About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1) in the perioperative setting you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services across scrub/scout recovery/anaesthetics and admission/ this role you will develop from a novice practitioner to a proficient level of professional practice consolidating your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and experience. You will also accept accountability for your own standards of care and for activities delegated to others.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C) you will provide advanced nursing services in a variety of health service settings drawing on your consolidated experience and/or further study. You will accept accountability for your own practice standards activities delegated to others and for supporting and guiding less experienced staff. While remaining predominantly clinical this role includes portfolio responsibilities negotiated to align with your career development and performance review plans.
