In this exciting position youll be at the heart of our outpatient therapy clinic supporting both pediatric and adult therapy services. From managing insurance authorizations and coordinating schedules to creating a warm welcoming space for our families.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate therapy schedules and manage day-to-day clinic operations
Handle insurance verification medical coding and billing support
Assist with data entry referrals and record maintenance
Collaborate with therapists schools and healthcare providers
Maintain a clean organized and family-friendly environment
Ideal Candidate:
Experience with insurance authorizations and medical office procedures preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others
