Youll lead accounting operations manage a talented team and help shape a best-in-class finance organization in a company recognized for its integrity compassion and customer focus.
What Youll Do
- Oversee corporate accounting operations and manage a team of accountants
- Drive process improvements across month-end quarter-end and year-end close cycles
- Manage M&A accounting payroll accounts payable and general ledger activities
- Partner with auditors and ensure the timely delivery of financial statements and tax filings
- Implement automation and internal controls to ensure 98% accuracy in financial reporting
- Support key strategic initiatives and acquisition integrations
- Provide insights and leadership in a collaborative fast-paced environment
What Youll Bring
- 8 years of accounting experience within private equity-backed organizations
- Public accounting experience is a huge plus
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Strong understanding ofU.S. GAAPand corporate finance operations
- Experience withmulti-location or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity withMS Dynamics 365 Salesforce
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- High energy ownership mindset and a passion for building strong teams
