Job Duties and responsabilities
- Renewals follow up on the existing customer base and full support from the sales team (mainly Major Account Managers) partners and distributors on this type of sales.
- Identify cross-sell up-sell and up-grade opportunities from the installed base.
- Give full support to Enterprise and Retail market on Renewals and Technologic Upgrades.
- Forecasting and account/opportunity detail in
- Complete a weekly report with the activities done including the weekly forecast and commit. Update for management visibility in territory pipeline.
- Detect flaws (weak attention from partner to the end user bad implementation of the Fortinet products etc.) that end users mentioned during your calls and inform them to the channel manager that corresponds.
- Weekly calls with Renewal Sales Team and Weekly call with Territory Team.
