Senior Staff Accountant
Department: Finance & Operations
This position will be moving to the Westlake location in February 2026
Pay Range: $51200 to $64000
The Achievement Centers for Children a Cleveland-based nonprofit is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This position supports budgeting forecasting payroll and audit preparation while maintaining compliance with fiscal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements reconciliations and analyses.
Support budgeting forecasting and audit processes.
Oversee payroll functions and maintain fixed asset records.
Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and special projects.
Qualifications:
CPA required; Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
5 years of general ledger/accounting experience.
Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency.
Experience with payroll for 75150 employees.
