Senior Service Coordinator/ Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Service Coordinator to join our team in a pivotal role that ensures seamless office operations and exceptional service coordination across departments. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day line management of the Service Delivery Co-Ordinators and will provide higher level administration support. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily activities managing service delivery processes and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and clients to drive efficiency resolve issues promptly and enhance overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills a proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office with day to day line management of service delivery care coordinators conducting one to ones and undertaking training. Coordinate and manage schedules appointments and meetings for the as the main point of contact for vendors contractors and other external in onboarding and training new hires ensuring they seamlessly transition into the company.
  • Service Coordination: Plan prioritise and schedule various support services to align with team needs. Liaise with internal departments and clients to meet service objectives support service delivery by ensuring tasks and referrals are actioned in a timely manner
  • Team Support: Act as a key point of contact for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth workflows. Provide administrative support with monthly departmental reporting as well as provide highquality administrative support to the service partners
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service delivery to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Recommend solutions to enhance systems and processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records reports and databases for service activities ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Professional Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by providing timely and accurate updates addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office management/ line management within an administrativecapacity
  • Essential to have worked in the Healthcare Sector in a private setting or for the NHS any Healthcare setting would be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mind set with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
