Job Summary

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create conduct and maintain logistical inventories.
  • Develop logistic support plans for OSS efforts. Supervise facility requests for the organization and coordinate maintenance support with vendors as needed.
  • Manage logistic purchasing and reconciliation as directed.
  • Produce logistical documentation and manage financial budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Provide technical support to a broad range of logistics and exercise related policies meetings exercises and responses including clearance request and badging issues.
  • Create manage and maintain logistics records and associated databases.
  • Create manage and maintain database of federal training.
  • Coordinate and track multiple logistical plans policy and program initiatives.
  • Support the development of an application for Capability Forward as directed by the client.
  • Participate in site reviews and Product Realization Teams.
  • Conduct cost technical human resource schedule and resource allocation analysis.
  • Conduct surveys and other special studies to identify gaps in human or technical resources.
  • Manage multiple project schedules tracking performance metrics and key deliverables to ensure alignment with cost and schedule goals.
  • Consolidate insight from technical partners to create accurate forecasts to support planning initiatives.
  • Engage key stakeholders to collect project needs and data to adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a logistics role
  • Superior communication organizational interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Must be an independent self-starter with excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and be comfortable working with a team of technical experts in varying fields of security and emergency operations disciplines.
  • Ability to track and monitor documents from inception to production.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced deadline-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to professionally deliver technical briefings and material in a Senior Leader environment.
  • General knowledge of agency organization and structure.

    LOCATION: This is a full-time onsite position in Albuquerque NM or Washington DC.

    SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data internal equity and the candidates related knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
