Job Summary
Las Vegas NV (Remote/Hybrid must be available to visit casino properties as needed)
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning coordination and delivery of technology upgrade projects across multiple casino properties. This role requires strong familiarity with slot floor operations casino management systems and casino loyalty and cage systems. The ideal candidate will be assertive delivery-focused and confident in leading cross-functional initiatives to completion while managing vendor and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for system upgrades and integrations across casino properties.
- Manage project timelines scope budgets and deliverables involving casino loyalty slot floor and cage systems.
- Coordinate with property teams vendors and technology partners to ensure successful implementations.
- Conduct on-site visits for testing validation and go-live support.
- Identify and mitigate risks manage project documentation and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with IT Slot Operations and Business stakeholders to align project goals with operational readiness.
- Drive accountability and ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and with minimal business disruption.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of project management experience within the casino or gaming industry.
- Proven experience managing casino management system (CMS) upgrades and integrations.
- Strong background in slot floor operations loyalty systems and casino cage processes.
- Aristocrat (Oasis 360) system experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing implementation-heavy environments.
- Excellent communication vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Assertive and delivery-oriented personality with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Additional Details
- Contract opportunity with potential for extension.
- Must be eligible for a Nevada Gaming License
- Remote/hybrid role based in Las Vegas NV must be available for on-property visits.
- Some evening or weekend hours may be required during upgrade events or cutovers.
