The Paint Shop Prepper at Donofrios Dealerships in Salem OR plays a crucial role in preparing vehicles for the painting process.
Responsibilities:
- Sanding and preparing vehicles for paint application
- Taping off areas that are not to be painted
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment
- Assisting in mixing and preparing paint materials
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive painting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical stamina for standing bending and lifting
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
