As our Channel Sales Director you will be instrumental in building and managing a strategic ecosystem of partners to drive indirect revenue and expand market reach. Here you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel strategy managing partner lifecycle activities and ensuring alignment with enterprise growth targets across key verticals and regions.
Youll also provide leadership management and development of Channel Partner Program to ensure achievement of sales targets and other key performance indicators in line with the company strategy our vision and values.
Within this position your scope will cover:
- Developing and implementing a scalable channel strategy that aligns with company growth and revenue targets
- Identifying and onboarding new channel partners who have strong customer bases or delivery capabilities in priority industries such as finance Oil & Gas education retail healthcare manufacturing and digital infrastructure
- Leading the development and roll-out of the NEXTDC Channel Partner Program for Malaysia including partner tiering enablement plans performance frameworks and incentive structures
- Designing and documenting joint value propositions and win-win strategies for NEXTDC Malaysia and each partner
Qualifications :
- 810 years of experience in channel or indirect sales leadership roles ideally within data centres cloud infrastructure telecom or IT solutions
- Proven success in building and scaling channel programs that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of partner business models (resell referral co-sell MSP) and incentive structures
- Deep industry relationships with systems integrators carriers cloud providers and enterprise consultants in Malaysia
- Comfortable operating in high-growth fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Strong ability to monitor competitive activity industry trends and emerging client needs and exhibits a strong understanding of local cultural sentiments
- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build a solid contact base
- A demonstrated ability to negotiate consult and deliver quality service
- Longevity in tenure
