Job Summary
We are looking for a new team member to join our Operations team to support the processing of payments and stock transfers.
Your Responsibilities :
- Complete cash and securities transfer processes accurately
- Manage account closures
- Monitor client margin positions
- Investigate client cash reconciliations
- Handle chargebacks
- Identify and propose process improvements
- Assist with regulatory reporting
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
- 1-3 years experience in financial services back-office operations
- Experience with transaction systems such as FED WIRE SWIFT and SEPA
- Familiarity with banks regulatory requirements including anti-money laundering obligations privacy and data protection
- Previous experience of payments card networks or securities transfers is an advantage.
Your Skills:
- Able to work in an English speaking environment. Any other language is an advantage
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Critical analytical approach to problem solving
- Organisational and planning skills
- Flexible approach to work routines and schedules
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong team working skills.
