We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to join us as a Management this dynamic role youll work closely on client projects and internal operations gaining hands-on experience in client communication backend tasks research and new technologies. Responsibilities:
the sales and marketing team in achieving business development goals including client communication follow-ups and campaign support.
2. Support recruitment activities for the sales team including sourcing coordination and onboarding of new hires.
3. Help manage post-hiring HR processes such as training development and performance tracking.
4. Contribute to internal operations including documentation reporting workflow improvements and content creation.
5. Maintain accurate records of tasks client interactions and timesheets for all assigned activities.

1. Bachelors degree in management and related fields.
2. Must not hesitate in communicating with clients; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
3. Should be able to dedicate full-time hours (8 hours/day).
4. Willing to dedicate time to learn and work with new tools and technologies as needed.
5. Flexible and open to handling varied tasks across departments such as marketing HR and client servicing.

- We are looking for goal-oriented candidates who are eager to grow and willing to transition into full-time roles.
- Part-time opportunities are not available at this time.
- All candidates will be required to complete a 36-month internship before being considered for a full-time position.
