Youll play a key role in driving our growth through strategic sourcing talent mapping and building lasting relationships with clinicians.

Qualifications :

About You:

Strong background in candidate resourcing headhunting and proactive talent sourcing.
Ideal for a recruiter who thrives on candidate attraction or a researcher looking to move in-house.
Experience with ATS systems (SmartRecruiters experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Detail-oriented data-driven and confident managing compliance and recruitment processes.
Passionate about recruitment and building long-term talent pipelines.
