Job Description:
Position Summary:
Support warranty leads with warranty return parts processing and testing
Assist with warranty part root cause analysis
Support customer warranty parts reviews (on-sight at OEM with warranty lead )
Assist with the migration from a SharePoint-based return log to the enterProj PRS
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist team in identifying process improvements
Performs the basic mechanical testing on a variety of product types or components involving programming and running test lab equipment while following written procedures methods and/or instructions
Prepares samples for testing conducts tests maintains records of work performed summarizes and reports results
May on occasion be required to perform duties other that those specified in this description
Must be willing to work overtime as needed and directed by manager
Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong written verbal analytical and interpersonal skills required
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent follow-up skills
Strong mechanical aptitude as well as technical and analytical problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to evaluate and communicate complex/technical information in a clear matter
Suggest improvements to improve efficiency of the team
Must display maturity anda highlevelof professionalism
Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as necessary
Work Environment/Work Conditions:
General office environment and manufacturing facility
Personal protective equipment is required on the production floor
Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury
