Position Overview
This Enterprise Architect is a senior member of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) team acting as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technology investments. This role is pivotal in shaping business architecture strategy ensuring that operating models value streams and technology roadmaps are tightly aligned with the banks vision and regulatory landscape. This role partners with technology teams product owners and organizational leaders to drive transformation and deliver measurable value.
This role will drive rigorous product evaluations by mapping GenAI capabilities to business needs ensuring solutions with measurable impact are prioritized.
Maturing established product frameworks that align technology investments with enterprise strategy enabling consistent and scalable GenAI adoption across business units.
Executing and managing but not limited to Vendor Architecture Review (VAR) GenAI Evaluation Frameworks and Product Position scaffolding.
Defining product positions by persona this role will triage with FWAI and Business Coverage Leads ensuring features are tailored to the unique requirements of our business users external to ETS.
Executing Agentic management framework and orchestration control pane evaluation with close alignment to partners and clients.
The role will collect and synthesize general feedback from business clients translating it into actionable requirements for technology and product teams.
Ensuring our GenAI solutions are embedded in operating models and day 2 activities not just deployment stacks maximizing stable and operationally sound business enablement adoption and support.
They will facilitate transparent decision-making by contributing to Business Decision Records (BDRs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for GenAI initiatives.
The role will act as trusted advisors bridging the gap between business strategy and GenAI technology and communicating value in clear and neutral language.
Their physical presence in NYC fosters stronger stakeholder engagement accelerates change management and builds trust with senior leaders.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150000 and $210000 per year at the commencement of employment. However base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package which depending on the position may also include commission earnings incentive compensation discretionary bonuses other short and long-term incentive packages and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
