71760.00 - 86112.00 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

Sacramento: Downtown Center (In-Person Position)

Working Hours/Shift:

Full-Time Monday-Friday AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field OR
Bachelors degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field OR
Masters degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field.
License or Certification
Level 42: BBS registration as Associate Marriage Family Therapist Social Worker or Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychology Assistant.
BBS licensed as LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist
Valid California Drivers License
Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria.

NOTE: Must possess a valid California Drivers License and maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position coordinates the care and leads the FSP team regarding service delivery based on participant voice.

Serves Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Ages 16-25
Peer Support & Independent Living Skills Development
Intensive Case Management Support
Individual/Family Counseling
Mental Health & Medication Management Support
