Your Opportunity
The Senior Asset Officer plays a key role in ensuring that our housing portfolio is safe compliant and well-maintained whilst ensuring tenants receive high quality and responsive service delivery. The role will support the Regional Manager in leading day to day asset operations across maintenance delivery compliance programs and asset performance reporting.
You will be responsible for managing maintenance requests coordinating contractor works and ensuring outcomes are delivered promptly efficiently and to the right standard. The role also contributes to forward planning quality assurance inspections and proactive maintenance programs that improve the condition and sustainability of our housing portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in property strata construction or facilities management who bring strong coordination and stakeholder skills technical understanding of building compliance and a passion for improving housing outcomes for tenants and communities.
