Job Summary
Join our team at Dominos Pizza in Granite City United States as a Customer Service Representative! Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service at our 3988 Maryvile Rd location. As the face of our brand youll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various tasks as needed including cleaning and restocking supplies
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
