Job Summary
Dominos Pizza in Bloomington United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 2205 E. Oakland Ave. location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization youll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
- Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
