Lead Requirements Architect

• Gathering technical requirements from JDIRs and command-wide stakeholders to ensure holistic coverage
• Developing high-level operational and system views (e.g. DoDAF OV-1 OV-2 SV-1)
• Establishing baseline technical parameters (throughput latency resilience scalability) aligned with mission objectives
• Producing traceability matrices linking KPPs Big Rs little rs with decomposition down to system level
• Ensuring requirements capture aligns with DoD standards (MOSA C4ISR interoperability RMF considerations)
