Responsibilities
- Work with regulatory requirements i.e. W-9s form 1099s sales and use tax
- Complete reconciliations and analyses review schedules and assist with monthly close
- Maintain employee personnel files including new hire active and terminated employees
Qualifications
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Excel and Word
- Ability to work with detail in an error free manner
- Strong spirit of team work and customer service
