In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Ensuring the timely and complete entering of multi-BU orders in the ERP system
  • Ensure efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve Customers problems.
  • Providing awareness of customer complaints or any issues in the shortest lead-time. Escalates errors or mistakes as soon as identified put the situation right and proposes correctives actions.
  • Keeping the candidates informed at all times about all orders and provides accurate and on time answers to all queries regarding the ongoing orders
  • Providing constant status updates to customers informing customers about potential delays or issues related to the order
  • Following up on orders to make sure they are produced shipped and delivered efficiently

For This Role You Will Need:

  • University degree
  • Experience in the order management process or in a similar role administrative or customer service.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle SAP) is an advantage
  • PC Skills: MS Office
