Your role in the journey

As part of the Guest Relations team youll be the go-to person for our guests ensuring their stay is smooth personal and memorable. Youll handle VIP arrivals respond to reviews and turn complaints into opportunities to impress.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling the full guest journey for VIP guests: pre-arrival room assignment welcome follow-up departure and post-stay communication
• Being present in public areas to assist guests with requests
• Responding to and investigating guest reviews across platforms
• Supporting the Front Office during busy check-in/check-out moments
• Creating tailor-made solutions for guest complaints
• Continuously improving our 5-star service standards

Qualifications :
