Job Summary
Were looking for a proactive people-focused Recruiter to join our team. Youll be responsible for end to end Recruitment.
Your role is key to ensuring healthcare providers have the right talent to deliver exceptional patient and client care.
What Youll Do:
- Source and attract nursing candidates through job boards social media and networking.
- Screen and interview candidates to match skills with client needs.
- Build lasting relationships with nurses
- Manage candidate onboarding credential checks and compliance paperwork.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Work closely with the operations team to place nurses in suitable assignments.
What Were Looking For:
- Preferred experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- A genuine passion for supporting healthcare professionals.
