- Attend to guests enquiries problems and complaints promptly efficiently and courteously to the satisfaction of guests and interest of the Hotel.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office and Opera Cloud.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with colleagues & guests and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy creating delightful moments for guests.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English both written and spoken.
