What Youll Do
- Lead delivery of high-value full-stack software projects with deep technical involvement.
- Architect and build scalable systems and user-facing components on AWS.
- Set technical direction across domainsdesign code quality scalability.
- Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align tech with business goals.
- Champion best practices in engineering agile and DevOps.
- Explore and integrate emerging tech (AI/ML cloud-native automation).
- Solve intricate system challenges and drive innovation initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 10 years in software development with 2 years in senior/lead roles.
- Proven expertise in Java / Spring Boot and cloud-native microservices.
- Strong experience with AWS (Lambda EC2 S3 Glue EKS/ECS Batch).
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern JS frameworks (React Angular etc.).
- Solid foundation in system design scalability and performance optimization.
- Experience in integration domains and handling large data sets.
- Skilled in mentoring technical reviews and modern engineering practices.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate tech impact.
Skills Youll Need:
- Java Spring Boot
- AWS services (Lambda EC2 S3 Glue EKS/ECS Batch)
- Microservices architecture
- TypeScript or
- React or Angular (or similar)
- SQL and data structures
- Version control CI/CD testing practices
- Good to Have:
- MongoDB/ MySQL
- Using AI-driven dev tools (GitHub Copilot ChatGPT etc.)
- Experience with distributed systems and analytics platforms
Exposure to Server Driven UI
Exposure to backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns
