Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Analyst Order Management to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and contract management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business addition you will get an opportunity to work on various transformation projects focused on process simplification enhancement and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders by drafting contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with Sales Finance and other Internal teams to resolve order-related issues and improve workflows.
- Maintain meticulous attention to contract details ensuring alignment with billing policies.
- Analyze order management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in revenue recognition processes and support audit requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel Google Suite SAP and other tools for reporting data analysis and process optimization.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of Order to Cash experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Business degree in Accounting Finance or Management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels functions and geographies.
- Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of EX platforms would be plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset working collaboratively to improve processes and customer experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with Google Suite Microsoft Word PowerPoint etc.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
