Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a warm friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant bar and service areas.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Follow hotel and brand service standards policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.
Handle guest payments and ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
Uphold hygiene safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent education (Hospitality background preferred).
Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Neat and well-groomed appearance in accordance with brand grooming standards.
Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for hospitality.
