Driving enterprise planning excellence through connected processes and scalable capabilities.
What you get to do in this role:
Lead the GTM Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE) in defining standardizing and optimizing planning processes and capabilities across Sales Channel and Customer Success functions.
Develop and maintain a 23 year GTM planning capability roadmap ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy Anaplan platform evolution and COE priorities.
Collaborate with GTM Anaplan Solution Architects and Model Builders to ensure Anaplan models data and processes align with architecture standards and enterprise planning vision.
Partner with Sales Operations and business stakeholders to transform and standardize end-to-end GTM planning processes driving efficiency scalability and consistency across the organization.
Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure process adoption effectiveness and alignment to GTM objectives.
Support program management and change management activities including change impact analysis and training to ensure smooth adoption of new or enhanced planning processes.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in planning process design enabling GTM teams to leverage Anaplan for connected planning and data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement mentoring COE team members business process owners and analysts on planning process excellence.
Contribute to enterprise-wide planning governance ensuring COE recommendations standards and templates are adopted consistently across GTM functions.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
Deep experience in GTM planning processes and capability management with demonstrated ability to standardize and scale processes using Anaplan.
10 years of professional experience in business process management and capability enablement ideally across Sales Channel Customer Success or Professional Services.
Proven track record in leading end-to-end process transformation including process redesign KPI definition and adoption across GTM functions.
Expertise in Anaplan solution design and enablement translating business requirements into scalable connected planning models.
Experience leveraging AI automation or data-driven insights to optimize planning workflows and improve decision-making.
7 years in enterprise software/SaaS or related industry with knowledge of GTM operations and planning priorities.
Strong understanding of architecture concepts (data solution integration) within a connected planning ecosystem.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills capable of influencing executives business leaders and technical teams.
Six Sigma or process improvement experience is highly desirable.
Experience training and mentoring GTM teams on standardized processes best practices and continuous improvement methods.
