What youll do
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client due to be discharged from Lane Fox Hospital. This role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs that require regular monitoring and attention. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator proactive and a reliable team player who demonstrates empathy patience and adaptability. As the client is non-verbal and uses eye gaze technology to communicate you will play a vital role in encouraging and supporting alternative communication methods to help them express their needs and enhance their quality of life. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to build on your existing care skills while making a meaningful and lasting impact.
Qualifications :
Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying:
- A full UK driving licence.
- A previous background in the care sector.
