Youll be part of a collaborative mission-driven team that values innovation inclusion and impact. The Talent Acquisition Partner I will report to the Director Talent Acquisition.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Youll support the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume roles ensuring seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source screen interview and hire top talent for contact center roles.
- Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews manage candidate communications and support offer processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Event & Outreach Support: Assist with job fairs university relations and diversity hiring initiatives.
- Compliance & Systems: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure hiring practices meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND LOOKS LIKE:
Were looking for someone whos passionate about recruiting and ready to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Tools/Software Requirements:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business or related field.
- Experience recruiting for contact center or high-volume roles.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
