As a Warehouse Manager your main responsibilities will be:
- Support a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
- Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory the receipt and storage of goods locate the position of goods sent by each supplier ensure delivery timelines etc.
- Ensure good communication among staff members as well as with suppliers and customers.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators and promote continuous improvements in the distribution center.
- Prepare reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts etc.).
Salary range: $83000 - $105000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications :
To join our team you need among other things:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
