- Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keepingthe storestocked and tidy.
Salary range: $63000- $76000. The final offer will depend on internal equity and relevant experience.
Qualifications :

- Previous retail or management experience (automotive industry an asset)
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to motivate and coach a team
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Valid drivers license
- Vehicle parts knowledge (asset)
