Whats the role
Opportunity for team orientated groundskeeper with a can-do attitude and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. Ideally you will have prior experience. However we are willing to provide training for the right person.
This is a Casual role with the potential to become a Full time and would be well suited to either an experienced applicant who demonstrates competencies in a similar part; or someone interested in pursuing a career in Grounds Maintenance; the role could suit a recent school leaver with a P Plate license and an interest in outdoor labor.
Duties will include
- Maintaining property fields pathways hedges and trees
- Operating a ride on mower and other equipment pruning and shaping trees fixing fences clearing roads and paths
- Reporting maintenance requirements.
In addition you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment such as mowers trimmers and blowers
- Knowledge of basic gardening and horticulture techniques
- Experience with irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and safe handling of chemicals and fertilizers
- Basic equipment maintenance and repair skills
- Valid drivers license
- Pesticide application certification (preferred
