At GBA our people are the heart of everything we do. Were seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources team and help deliver a positive employee experience across the organization.

In this role youll be involved in a variety of HR initiatives from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and recordkeeping ensuring that every interaction reflects GBAs values and commitment to our people.

What Youll Do

As an HR Coordinator you will:

  • Facilitate onboarding activities from pre-hire through new-hire integration to ensure a welcoming and smooth employee experience.

  • Support the execution of key HR programs including engagement benefits wellness learning and talent acquisition.

  • Plan coordinate and execute employee engagement events and activities including occasional travel to event venues or offsite locations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries connecting employees with the right HR resources when needed.

  • Support compliance efforts by processing governmental requests and maintaining required workplace postings.

  • Assist with HR system administration logistics and reporting as needed.

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism discretion and sound judgment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support HR and company initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience planning and executing events that promote inclusion and engagement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using HR systems and databases.

  • Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Basic knowledge of HR policies practices and procedures.

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.

  • May sit or stand for long durations.
