Job Overview:
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking an experienced financial professional to be part of ODMs Cost Allocation & Coding Team. As a Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) and Coding Analyst your responsibilities will include:
Planning maintaining and implementing the CAP for ODM
Maintaining and updating the chart of accounts and coding for ODM
Calculating the distribution of ODMs administrative costs to the appropriate state and federal programs through the application of various cost accounting methodologies
Working with APD staff to track the expenditure of enhanced federal funds
Meeting with effort reporting staff to confirm accurate effort reporting
The preferred candidate will be detail oriented and demonstrate an ability to utilize a variety of analytical techniques to solve problems.
