Job Summary
The Operations & Infrastructure Spend Management team provides essential value by driving O&I-funded technology purchases while providing analytical insight to technology product owners optimizing costs in correlation to product value and ensuring to remain within the given fiscal budget.
The Associate Business Analyst will provide quality analysis through anticipating purchases in advance performing vendor cost comparison and evaluating current technology state in comparison with demand. Analyst is also responsible for assisting with ATS/TAR creation pushing for quick approvals continuously updating large deals within a pipeline entering accurate forecasts creating tickets for PR/PO creation and providing quick turnaround from purchase initiation to addition this position is also responsible for supporting O&I workforce planning.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for budget preparation quarterly forecasting monthly variance reconciliation and procurement processes for the assigned technology lane.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple internal functions and external parties.
- Assist in driving large-scale projects with ambiguous scope into refined deliverables for executive consumption leveraging project management skills including ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as well as follow through on completion of high-profile projects.
- Support O&I wide workforce plan dashboards and reports.
- Regularly create and present detailed reports on workforce planning. These reports should provide insights into the effectiveness of current plans highlight areas for improvement and forecast future workforce needs.
- Track FTE and Contingent resources through workforce life cycle.
- Manage BPO contracts through their life cycle from initiation of work orders raising purchase requests managing invoices and closing out contracts.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with the senior leadership team to discuss current workforce planning strategies and initiatives report on outcomes and gather input for future planning. Perform variance vs. forecast analysis to understand how accurate our inputs are; assumptions and demand plans are to identify areas of opportunity and create continuous improvement plans to deliver more accurate forecasts each iteration.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Science Business Analytics Finance Economics Statistics Business or related field graduating May 2025 - August 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large globally and virtually distributed teams
- Experience in the following:
- Dealing with different software licensing methods in the FinTech industry
- SQL querying to help collect data from disparate sources
- Creating cost transparency and cost clarity programs for leadership
- Analytical skills and experience using analytics tools such as Excel MS Project PowerPoint Visio etc.
- Technical industry experience and quantitative skills & experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from it
- Understanding of infrastructure products and the core concepts behind running IT like a business
- Prior business analytics experience
Additional Information :
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $77000 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. This is a hybrid position: Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
