Job Summary
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Partner with Global Supply Chain and Quality teams to identify develop and qualify new suppliers.
- Conduct supplier quality system and process audits part qualifications and process validations.
- Lead supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities and drive improvement.
- Support tryouts first article inspections and source inspections to ensure compliance with product requirements.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and prepare monthly reports on key quality metrics.
- Collaborate with suppliers to achieve ongoing improvements in quality and delivery performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies.
- Participate in supplier business reviews and support supplier performance development activities.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Electrical Electronics Manufacturing Process Technology or related field.
- 35 years of experience in Supplier Quality preferably in the Instrumentation Electrical or Electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of precision machining casting processes and surface treatments.
- Working knowledge of metrology Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) ISO quality systems and process auditing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel within Asia-Pacific for supplier audits and qualification activities.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Certified ISO Supplier Auditor qualification.
- Experience with SPC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exposure to manufacturing processes such as PCB/PCBA die/investment casting coating plating or surface treatment.
- Hands-on experience with supplier development or project leadership in a quality-focused environment.
