Your Role: UI/UX
As a UI/UX Designer youll play a key role in shaping user-centered digital experiences across our products. Youll collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers and other Designers to translate business goals into intuitive delightful and scalable interfaces.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Design and iterate on user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes
- Maintain and expand our Design System and ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct or collaborate on user testing and integrate feedback into design improvements
- Ensure high quality design handoffs with well structured components auto layout and variants in Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Tech Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Translate product requirements and user insights into design solutions
- Collaborate with UX Researcher as observer to gather direct feedback of user interface and translate insights from user studies into meaningful action
- Able to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors and you understand limitations of different platforms e.g multi-device mobile/desktop
What Were Looking For:
- 35 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in a product based
- Proficiency in Figma (components auto layout interactive prototyping design system)
- Strong understanding of UX principles usability testing and responsive design
- Strong understanding of UI Hierarchy Visual
- Experience working with developers and understanding of front-end feasibility
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Design System management (e.g. tokens documentation)
- Familiarity with motion design or microinteractions
