Job Summary
Five Star Nissan of Florence is hiring our next Vehicle Exchange Manager
The Vehicle Exchange Manager will work with new and existing customers by answering their questions about inventory product service and financing options.
The primary focus is customer retention via quality communication and service.
Qualifications for the role include:
- Prefer two or more years of Auto Sales Experience or other relevant retail experience such as furniture appliance cellular or tech sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to assist service customers who wish to upgrade to a newer vehicle model
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus
- Automotive Sales experience a bonus!
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
