The Role & The Team
In this new role you will lead the strategic uplift of leadership and performance across the organisation ensuring both are clearly defined measured and embedded to drive transformation and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability you will be responsible for building leadership capability focusing on behaviours skills and accountability and enhancing the performance management framework to support a high-performing values-aligned culture.
This role also plays a key part in embedding our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) by aligning leadership and performance practices with the organisations purpose values and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will contribute to the long-term success of the organisation through effective relationship management and an outcomes-focus for all deliverables.
