Job Summary: National Sales Manager (Surveillance Systems)
Role Overview
- Position: Full-time National Sales Manager focused on hunting new business opportunities.
- Location: Based in Brisbane with Work From Home (WFH). No office in Brisbane other than operations centre at Brisbane City Council premises
- Core Focus: Selling surveillance systems primarily for public transport sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue new business opportunities from clients who havent had a lot of attention in last 10 years for upsell/new business prioritizing Brisbane and Far North Queensland (FNQ).
- Manage major clients including the two largest in Western Australia (WA).
- Initial emphasis on Queensland with expansion opportunities nationwide.
- Expect 50-60% travel (on the road); must enjoy travel.
- Obtain and maintain security licenses in relevant states.
Requirements
- Hunter mindset essential for aggressive sales.
- Industry experience not required but technical knowledge of networks and systems advantageous.
Compensation
- Base salary: Up to $130000.
- Uncapped commissions on a sliding scale (1.5%4%).
- Car allowance: $15000.
