Job Summary: National Sales Manager (Surveillance Systems)

Role Overview

  • Position: Full-time National Sales Manager focused on hunting new business opportunities.
  • Location: Based in Brisbane with Work From Home (WFH). No office in Brisbane other than operations centre at Brisbane City Council premises
  • Core Focus: Selling surveillance systems primarily for public transport sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pursue new business opportunities from clients who havent had a lot of attention in last 10 years for upsell/new business prioritizing Brisbane and Far North Queensland (FNQ).
  • Manage major clients including the two largest in Western Australia (WA).
  • Initial emphasis on Queensland with expansion opportunities nationwide.
  • Expect 50-60% travel (on the road); must enjoy travel.
  • Obtain and maintain security licenses in relevant states.

Requirements

  • Hunter mindset essential for aggressive sales.
  • Industry experience not required but technical knowledge of networks and systems advantageous.

Compensation

  • Base salary: Up to $130000.
  • Uncapped commissions on a sliding scale (1.5%4%).
  • Car allowance: $15000.
