About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Project Sales Representative who is passionate about building relationships solving complex challenges and delivering high-value mechanical solutions for commercial and industrial this role you will identify project opportunities develop tailored HVAC and mechanical system proposals and drive growth across a dynamic portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new construction and retrofit project opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls site visits and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of HVAC systems and mechanical construction projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering estimating and project management teams to develop tailored project solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals cost estimates and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client communications and project pipeline in CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
